Installing the Meeting Manager applet

The Meeting Manager applet provides the functionality that you need to manage your participantsA person who attends a meeting and views the shared screen of a Meeting Presenter. A participant can also use the Text Chat Panel. A participant may also contribute meeting content, record the meeting, or control the keyboard and mouse if the host grants them the corresponding permission..

The link to download the applet will be provided the first time you sign in to the system.
